The Shipping Distribution Specialist works under the direction of the Senior Manager Warehouse. Responsible for control of all shipments of merchandise following all EHS guidelines and regulations. This role is 100% onsite.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Monitor that the delivered merchandise is in accordance with the delivered document.
Ensure that delivery documents are correct and properly handled.
Prepare list of closed documents to make pdf and deliver it to Finance.
Ensure the proper handling of rejected merchandise at the time of shipment.
Prepare and reconcile documents for walk-ins.
Match all installers documents with sales, print them and send them out, reconcile the documentation daily, including their damages with the warehouse team and reschedule undelivered orders.
Work, review changes in DMP and prepare form router for Home Delivery.
Back-up support of Home Delivery Team.
Inform the supervisor of any situation or mistake detected in the warehouse.
Perform any other work related or special project assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation, including, but not limited to: Constant sitting; frequent standing, walking, reaching at waist level and climbing stairs.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Two Years College or associate degree preferable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Customer Oriented
Demonstrate computer basic knowledge in Oracle/SSI applications
Two years’ experience in warehouse, inventory control and audit
Experience to deal with Customers and Consumers
