As an Associate Shared Services Analyst, you’ll partner directly with our Commercial and Operations teams to remedy upstream processes and identify driving forces behind past due numbers. You’ll also work with our Shared Services team members, Sales team, as well as customers to resolve unpaid balances. This is a fast-paced role in an early career position with the opportunity to grow within our Finance Organization.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Partners directly with our Commercial and Operations teams to remedy upstream processes and identify driving forces behind past due numbers.
Works directly with Shared Services team members, the Sales team, and customers to resolve unpaid balances.
Collaborates with our Risk Management team for credit line reviews and monitoring of high-risk accounts.
Provides support for the Sales team and a high level of Customer Service, including but not limited to ensuring the timely release of customer orders.
Holds expert knowledge of AR portfolio to proactively identify issues.
Works with Oracle ERP Team to optimize system processes.
Takes the lead on special projects to improve process efficiency.
Facilitates training and oversees daily workflow management of team members.
Serves as a backup to the Accounts Receivable Manager.
What You'll Bring to Our Team

Task Execution : Capable of completing assigned tasks as instructed to meet project or assignment goals, demonstrating reliability and adherence to instructions.
Problem Resolution: Proficient at addressing non-complex issues encountered during work, utilizing available resources, and seeking guidance as needed.
Communication Skills: Able to articulate facts, policies, and practices related to the job area clearly and concisely, facilitating understanding among team members.
Theoretical Knowledge: Possesses broad theoretical knowledge relevant to the job role, typically acquired through advanced education, which serves as a foundation for practical application.
Educational Background: Holds a University Degree or equivalent experience, and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience, reflecting a foundational understanding of the field.
Preferred KSA’s:
- Previous GE Appliances Accounts Receivable experience, specifically working with Oracle and other internal systems.
