The Fulfillment Systems Senior Manager works across the business Value Stream (Logistics, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Marketing, Sales, Product Management, DT and Finance) to implement business-critical process and system improvements in the areas of Order Management and Order Flow Efficiency. This role will lead the implementation and testing of new technologies, business process changes, and support change control across the EBS Order Management platform. Furthermore, this role will develop the strategic business roadmap for the EBS OM platform and serve as the end-to-end systems expert.

How You'll Create Possibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert in all EBS Order Management & Fulfillment Systems

  • Provide the first line of defense for any system outage or process inefficiencies.

  • Develop and utilize expertise in EBS OM to drive innovation and productivity across the Logistics organization.

  • Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to Customer Fulfillment, Product Fulfillment, and Network analysts around systems, tools, and processes.

  • Provide recommendations and sign-off on all system changes and implications.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to both understand and develop business requirements and ensure system design and roadmap delivers on key business initiatives and is designed to support key initiatives.

  • Business Process owner for EBS Order Management.

  • Partner with DT to design system changes that capture all necessary business requirements.

  • Test and approve system changes, develop training, facilitate training to end users (including Logistics, DT, and Sales), and roll out functionality with zero impact to business operations.

  • Lead Value Stream improvement projects that impact customers, delivery metrics, service, inventory/cash and sales.

  • Create strategic roadmap for EBS Order Management to deliver on business goals.

  • Identify, define, root cause, test and implement solutions, influence stakeholders, develop control plan, document training.

  • Document processes and create SOPs that drive cultural change and lasting impact.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Position Requirement

  • Ability to influence and build consensus with users.

  • Demonstrated problem solving, analytic, and project management skills.

  • Ability to independently develop, manage and implement aggressive project plans while working with DT counterparts (on and offshore), other functions, consultants and end users.

  • Effective communicator across functions and at all levels of the organization.

  • Understands big picture and aligns priorities with broader goals, measures outcomes, uses feedback to change as needed, evaluates alternatives, solutions oriented, seeks alternatives and broad input; can see connections within complex issues.

  • Demonstrates initiative and takes action proactively- possess the self-discipline to take actions before they are necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience including roles of increasing complexity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or MBA

  • Supply Chain/Operations experience in multiple Supply Chain related functions, including Fulfillment.

  • Experience with Lean methodologies.

  • Experience with Oracle Value Chain Planning modules- Advanced Supply Chain Planner, Inventory Optimization, Demantra, Global Order Promising and EBS modules- Order Management, Inventory, PIM, Purchasing

  • Microsoft Access or SQL experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

  • Weekend or evening work may occasionally be required, to meet critical deadlines.

  • Some travel to factories, suppliers, distribution centers, or conferences may occasionally be required.
