The Senior eCommerce Growth Manager will deliver the strategy and execution of Bodewell eCommerce growth initiatives of major and countertop home appliances for private access sites. The successful candidate will utilize digital channels including email marketing, search, social media, promotions and CRM, as well as other emerging channels and technologies. Key responsibilities include utilizing data to guide marketing decisions based on ROI and managing digital projects from conception to launch. The candidate will keep abreast of digital insights while defining, executing, and tracking KPIs.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Achieve sales plans and KPI targets – develop, recommend, and implement actions to increase success metrics such as traffic, conversion, and sales.
Lead projects that focus on improved consumer experience, growth, and consumer/partner acquisition. Own analytics and have accountability for project timing, funding budgets and sales results.
Develop the strategic roadmap and be able to prioritize resources to achieve goals and objectives in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace.
Commercialize the following initiatives: Insurance replacement programs, Awin Affiliate Marketing partnerships, Small Business initiatives, Eco Revenue, Vacation/Short Term Rental and LogicBroker.
Collaborate with key agencies, DT, Consumer eCommerce, Pricing, UI/UX Design, Product, Legal, Sourcing, Communications and PR teams to ensure consistency across consumer touch points.
Leverage business acumen using data and analytics to identify opportunities with an ROI mindset.
Engage with business leaders and key stakeholders to clearly articulate the vision and results.
Utilize a Test and Learn mentality to iterate opportunities.
Lead the transformation from a legacy platform to the Bodewell platform and drive membership inclusions.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum 5 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Marketing, eCommerce, Analytics and/or Project Management
Demonstrated ability to create, manage and deliver against project plans
Strong financial acumen to utilize data in decision making and ROI
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and work within a matrix environment, leading by influence
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Strong skills in Microsoft office suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Desired Characteristics
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Business or Marketing
Competencies in Google Analytics and GE financial reporting systems
Consumer first mentality
Contract negotiation and PO management skills
Ability to analyze data within Excel
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
Account management experience dealing with customers
